Dr. De Souza is the best dermatologist I’ve ever been too and I have been to several. She is very thorough, takes her time and listens attentively to every concern you have. Her staff is great as well. I will recommend her to all my friends, family, and patients.
I waited 2 weeks to get an appointment with this doctor since she was on vacation. When I initially called she was accepting new patients. Her website still states she’s accepting patients. I called today and she is not accepting patients per her staff. This is very unprofessional after I’ve waited this long and also had to get a referral from my primary doctor. What a waste of time. This staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Very unhappy!
During my appointment, Dr. De Souza was very professional and clearly knowledgeable about dermatology. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address each of them. She has a warm and friendly demeanor and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely go back to her with any dermatological concerns in the future.
Dr. De Souza is very personal with a professional demeanor. We brought our teenage son to see her for cystic acne and an eczema condition. On the first visit, she entered the room prepared. It was if she knew our son and his disorders before they spoke. Dr. De Souza clearly explained how his conditions begin, how each treatment works and how successfully his conditions can be resolved when he participates in his care. I would highly recommend Dr. De Souza to my family friends. She is great
