I want to thank Dr Aiello for always taking great take of care of me for many years number one, and even when im out of town Dr Aiello is there for you helping out when you have a problem!
Went for the first time last week......I usually hate dentists and I actually enjoyed my visit. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was just a routine exam and I was greatly impressed. He just gained 5 new customers. My whole family will go now.
Dr. Aiello has been my dentist for almost 20 years and I will never trust my dental health to anyone else. Always professional, honest, and courteous.
Have been a patient there for many years! Dr. Aiello and staff are friendly and easy to work with, and Lynn is the best!
Emailed them my situation, they told me to call to update some info and make an appointment then proceeded to tell me on the phone that I needed to call them every single day to see if they had any available days. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.
Usually, I would rate them 5 stars for a cleaning appt, but this was a procedural appt that was running not 15 mins late but over 45 mins. Made appt to fit a busy summer schedule, and received no update after being in waiting room for 55 mins. It took me to request an update. Needless to say, the procedure did not happen nor has/will this be rescheduled.
