My daughter and I both had massages and a pedicure.Both were fantastic, we will be back
Never answers their phone or returns phone calls. After reading all these reviews even if I could schedule an appointment doesn’t sound like they would “remember” anyway.
My daughter made a massage appointment for her boyfriend who is a Marine for his birthday. She made it for Memorial Day, not because she wanted to, but that is when the spa could do it. My daughter reminded them that it was Memorial Day, they said that would be fine. They showed up on Monday and the doors were locked! She tried to call with no answer. The lady (Lisa) did respond the next day apologizing, she wasn't sure what happened? It was then too late to reschedule as he deployed for the Middle East that same day on Tues... read more
Lisa was fantastic working with me! She is a perfectionist, which is more than I expect...certainly a pleasure! I also received a complimentary hand massage from Jennifer while she was observing to learn, tea while I was processing...a real treat. I will be back. Thank you!
