What a joke! She moved .. can’t even update her Facebook page. She changed phone numbers. Still operating under this business name but won’t call you back to use a gift certificate that was bought.. what a shame lady.

I've been trying to make an appointment for over a week. I was told "Allen" would call me right back to schedule, this was a week ago. I have sent a Facebook message to their page, no response. Are they even a legit business?

2 times when I arrived for my appointment, no one was there. Doors locked, no one answers the phone. I spoke to the owner to set up this last appointment and no one was at the building when I arrived. I'm so frustrated!!

So I have a gift certificate for Ahvia in Janesville, this is the second time I have tried to schedule anything, first time I eventually got thru & they were booked for weeks out. So now I try to schedule a session & I again I have a hard time getting a hold of anyone. I have called at different times/days for several weeks now with no luck. I have left VM & sent emails... still nothing. They say on their website that they are open Tuesday evenings until 8.... nothing but lies. That moment when...you found your hair guru and she knows exactly what to do with your hair and what you need to do to keep it healthy! Thanks so much Lisa for my experience today. I am more than blown away by your knowledge and professionalism. And our conversation about food and recipes was fun, I can't wait to make the Italian beef and the tilapia dish!!!

*****Update***** There was a scheduling mix-up. The owner called and was very apologetic. She was very gracious in resolving the issue. Everyone makes mistakes and this situation was addressed and handled well by her. I wouldn't expect this to be an issue in the future for us or anyone else. We have had great massages in the past and plan to do so in the future after this understanding solution.
