If I could I would give this place a zero rating. I call to make an appointment, I was given a Saturday appointment at 1pm. I rearranged my entire day to keep this appointment. I arrive at 12:25pm, I sit in my car until 12:40 pm. I go inside upon entry I can immediately see that the older woman sitting at the front desk had a nasty attitude. One of the weirdest experiences I’ve had with a doctor’s office. My boyfriend went in to retrieve his medical records for personal reasons and was told he had to pay a $25 CASH fee “due to policy.” When he asked where this policy was written since policies are usually documented somewhere, the doctor responded with, “Do you want me to write it?” Which felt extremely unprofessional and suspicious. Dr. Ahuja is an excellent doctor who has helped my husband and me for many years. He is extremely experienced and always guides us toward the right care when needed. He truly goes out of his way to help and genuinely cares about his patients. The office staff is also very courteous and friendly, which makes every visit pleasant.
