One of the weirdest experiences I’ve had with a doctor’s office. My boyfriend went in to retrieve his medical records for personal reasons and was told he had to pay a $25 CASH fee “due to policy.” When he asked where this policy was written since policies are usually documented somewhere, the doctor responded with, “Do you want me to write it?” Which felt extremely unprofessional and suspicious. Dr. Ahuja is an excellent doctor who has helped my husband and me for many years. He is extremely experienced and always guides us toward the right care when needed.
