I've been going here for 20 years. I have been seen by pretty much every physician at this location, in addition to my primary care physician. Everyone that I've dealt with at this location has been professional, helpful, and kind. I stronly recommended this practice to anyone looking for a new primary care doctor or practice.
They have messed up my prescription two times in a row. It takes hours to straighten it out as they deal with their patients like an assembly line. Maybe you have too many patients in an attempt to maximize profits. I'm done. I'm going to find a smaller doctor's office that isn't overwhelmed.
Best office in Pittsburgh. They helped with taking care of my mother for her final 11 1/2 yrs. She was originally given 1/2 yr. Give the doctors here credit for 11 yrs bonus. Then they saved my life with helping with my family health history. I would not have and will not go anywhere else! Like Tina Turner says "Simply The Best!"
Never any wait, Dr. Loucks is very attentive and very understanding of your needs as a patient.
