They've gotten so lazy it's ridiculous. This year I've had to stop seeing two doctors who are in separate offices because they are lazy and forgetful.
Were it possible, I'd give them NO stars. Dr. no problem. Caseworker too lazy to help me with my renewal issues like former caseworker. Agency has a lot of turn around. Nobody stays. Very unprofesh folks. I've discontinued life saving efforts due to this.
