Were it possible, I'd give them NO stars. Dr. no problem. Caseworker too lazy to help me with my renewal issues like former caseworker. Agency has a lot of turn around. Nobody stays. Very unprofesh folks. I've discontinued life saving efforts due to this. Jasmine Moore and Kasedra Carter are PATHETIC excuses for case management. She's argumentative which I loved when I put her in her place. Good times. Also Anya and Alicia are worthless!!! I'm now at UPMC and so much happier.
They've gotten so lazy it's ridiculous. This year I've had to stop seeing two doctors who are in separate offices because they are lazy and forgetful.
