Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met, and completely useless. Will curse at you and talk down to you. Nobody in that building cares about you.
Rude assuming staff, long wait times for no care or respect, was told to leave after they refused to help in any way
Everyone in this building should be fired. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The worst care I’ve ever received. The lady nurse I had was so unbelievably rude and condescending. The doctor talked to me like I was a child and continued to give me attitude the entire time. Completely unprofessional and not worth your time.
I have been there twice, once with my son and recently with my mother. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean and quiet. The care was professional and treatment process efficient. There were no long wait times and we were able to get X-rays and lab results relatively quickly. I would highly recommend the AHN McCandless Neighborhood Hospital.
