This is a great hospital if you need a quick visit! Super clean! All rooms are spacious and private! Staff is always so helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

The lab has been “short staffed” for YEARS. If you need bloodwork, expect to wait in line for an hour or two. I stopped going to this location because of the ongoing staffing problem. I recently tried coming back since it’s closer, assuming management would have addressed the issue by now. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The same “short staffed” sign is still posted, and the line stretches down the hallway with people standing and waiting. Overall, Allegheny Health Network has really gone downhill since COVID.

The ER was not very thorough at all. We went in with an idea of what the issue may be (from Urgent Care evaluation) and that's all they focused on. When he didn't have that they sent him home with Motrin. They even mentioned they saw something else off on the scan and we might want to follow up on that. Well we ended up back in the ER the next day with more severe symptoms (a different ER) where they were much more thorough. Ended up admitted for 3 days.
