Was at the emergency room on 9/7, the clerks, nurses, doctors and the rest of the staff were terrific. I was transferred to the second floor, the evening RN was Nicole and the PCH was Sheri. Both were great. The morning shift RN was Mary Lou, PCH was Janell, with Nikki and Sam the PA. Everyone was great just like the evening shift. The doctors were video visits, however, they listened and explained information to me that I could understand. Because of all of these individuals the hospital stay was a great experience.
