Had a very good experience going in here for same-day care when my regular doctor didn't have an appointment open for weeks. Staff were kind and professional, from the greeter at the desk to the nurse and doctor I saw. The doctor also promptly called me herself with my test results the next day. The only thing that could be improved here is the transparency around wait times. Worse place Ever .Never will I go back again waited 2 1/2 hours couldn't wait any longer had to leave .Front desk was no help at all unfriendly
Just skip this place if you think you're seriously ill. The doctor will just fist bump you and send you on your way without help. I'm pretty sure they billed my insurance for medicine they didnt even prescribe me as well.
The nurses here are kind and professional, which I really appreciate. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming and helpful. I’ve experienced some passive-aggressive responses when asking questions, which makes the visit less comfortable. This location is convenient for me, but I may consider going elsewhere if the front desk experience doesn’t improve.
