Thought I had strep throat. Went in and was charged $127 just to be looked at. Doctor came in and told me the test itself would be over $180. Took him minutes of me saying I’m not doing that to tell me there’s a rapid test he can do instead. Got a prescription for antibiotics and now today they sent me a bill for an additional $54 which wasn’t told to me. Do not visit these people, it’s profit before people at this place.
Don’t think I’ve had a better urgent care experience. Staff were so kind and helpful. Got in and out in 20 minutes. (Maybe plan to have an urgent health need on a Sunday? especially if this is the normal Sunday crew)
These folk done spelled my name wrong on my prescription after they asked me for my ID! And then they gave me the WRONG meds for an infection I had lol. Don’t go there
Had a very good experience going in here for same-day care when my regular doctor didn't have an appointment open for weeks. Staff were kind and professional, from the greeter at the desk to the nurse and doctor I saw. The doctor also promptly called me herself with my test results the next day. The only thing that could be improved here is the transparency around wait times.
