This is probably the worst mental health provider I've ever been to. Definitely don't go here if you're looking for any kind of evaluation, as they will undermine what you say, leave out a ton of information, and come up with their own information. I'm so upset that I wasted my time coming here thinking that it would be any better than the previous reviews tried to caution me.
Their phone system for new patients is terrible. I was literally on there listening to options for five minutes. They provide countless numbers to "hang up and call." How do they expect someone to navigate that? Poor phone etiquette for a business.
Dr. Fortunado and her attending psychiatrists are fantastic
