I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist since I was a kid, so going to one is something I usually avoid at all costs. When this new dental office opened in town, I was honestly skeptical about trying it. Instead of going myself, I sent my boyfriend first to test it out. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dental office. The doctor did not appear physically prepared for the procedure and was not thorough with cleaning beforehand. During the filling, she seemed to struggle and became visibly panicked, which made the situation very uncomfortable. Her lack of confidence made me feel uneasy and concerned about her qualifications. Overall, the experience left me feeling unsafe and dissatisfied.
