Was not helpful at… I’m still in pain..
I was very dissatisfied with the care I received at the Brentwood Neighborhood Hospital. I will not only never visit there ever again, but I will be sure to express my views, and the reasons behind them to all of my family, friends and colleagues. (at both places of my employment) I was given a test that was completely unnecessary for the symptoms I presented with ( results 100%normal) and not given a simple urinalysis even after I suggested one due to my chronic past having kidney stones and a suspicion of a possible UTI. I was well cared for on a timely basis. Thank you, and a special thank you to the tech that came in from home to take care of me.
I was having a very hard time. The staff calmed me down, made me feel safe, and swiftly treated me. I thought i would be there overnight but to my surprise it was only a few hours. Thank you so much.
