I feel like most medical professionals, especially ER doctors fail us in the area of actually helping people in urgent need. The care I received here was incomplete and negligent. After performing a lance and drain, the physician failed to bandage the wound, did not return to administer the steroid injection she told me I would receive for severe pain, and left me bleeding and exposed. I absolutely love this place. All of the nurses and doctors are so kind and may I say they have great humor too!😂 They actually treat you like a real person unlike a lot of other places I have been to. Also, both nurses and doctor listened to me so attentively reassuring me they would rule everything out. And that’s exactly what they did. Took great care of me and eased my anxiety and worries I was having. I would absolutely recommend this place to any one in need of it.

During our interaction, I felt that the care provided was not gentle. My son was treated in a manner that made me uncomfortable and distressed. We had a great experience here. Son broke collar bone and they got him in room quickly, took xrays, and had us out of there in 45 minutes. Unheard of for an ER. Thank you.
