Pros - open 24/7, got me in quickly, somewhat fixed my issue, they actually called me to follow up and see how I was doing (they've probably seen their average Google rating) Cons - dr had very poor bedside manner and was not very nice at all, they made me pay my copay while I was still attached to the machines and told me I had to pay right then, nurse was also kinda rude.

Morning crew: Karen, Cici and Sam were very helping, attentive and amazing with checking on me, making me feel comfortable and reassuring me that things will work out for the best. I really am appreciative of how hands on they were. Night crew: Michelle and Jen worked very well with me and were very attentive and amazing as well.

Came in and honestly wasn't expecting much, but I was really impressed. We got called back almost immediately after arriving — barely had time to sit down. That alone made a big difference. Cal, Gisa, and Matt were all just wonderful. Cal was quick and on point. Gisa was so warm and caring, made us feel comfortable the whole time. Matt was very friendly, took his time, listened to everything, and made sure we understood what was going on. Never felt rushed or like just another number.
