Very friendly and thorough.
Horrible, went into the ER with anxiety attack and high blood pressure. Initially they came in to diagnose my issues then left me in that room for 4 hrs, not even checking on me. I then walked out and no one even spoke to me. From here on out I will drive myself out 51 to a real hospital.
Dr. Trent Smith was WONDERFUL!!! He took the time to talk us, explain, answer any questions, look at prior records, and was very personable. And tech Chrissy was great as well!
Felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff and was told by a nurse why didn’t I go through my PCP for the issue. Well I did and they directed me to the hospital. But thanks.
