Felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff and was told by a nurse why didn’t I go through my PCP for the issue. Well I did and they directed me to the hospital. But thanks.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Every nurse, doctor, and support staff member I interacted with was kind, patient, and willing to explain things clearly. I felt cared for and respected throughout my visit, and the facility was clean, organized, and well-run. I truly appreciate the compassion and efficiency shown to me — thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience a positive one.

Went in on a Sunday night with severe wisdom tooth pain that was being taken care of via extraction the next day. It wasn’t busy at all. Yet I sat in the waiting room for an hour, watched the back half of Finding Nemo, then was taken back to a room, sat there for another hour, watched the front half of Finding Dory before someone FINALLY came in. This was my 2nd time going to this hospital and my experience was great. My first time was with my son and 2nd time was for myself. The nurses, the technicians, the doctor and the ladies doing registration were all super friendly and informative. The nurses explained everything they were doing and everything was done in a very timely manner. I would definitely go back. I like to share positive experiences because people usually only review if it was a bad experience.
