I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The two staff members working behind the doctor's desk were unprofessional and rude. There was a misunderstanding, but instead of handling the situation respectfully, they spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and showed poor customer service. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, especially in a children's clinic. Dr. Kayass has seen my grandson from infancy/toddler. He's been a good doctor for my grandson. The one star, he's delving into personal concerns that's none of his business. He's making snide remarks to my grandson's mother, my daughter and making her uncomfortable. My narcissistic mother, who's the great grandmother, used to bring grandson to Dr. Kayass. From the day, our son was born Dr. Kayass has been with us. He is a completely amazing doctor! He’s kind, personable, happy to listen and educate. Thank you for all you do!!
