Traumatic experience for my 5 Year old daugter. ~ 30 seconds after entering the room, Dr Ahmad attempted to insert a device up my child’s nose and apply a numbing spray with no prior discussion with me or with my child. He basically came right at her with it. She resisted and became frightened, and he became frustrated with my child and had very little bedside manner. Dr. Ahmad was very informative and took his time explaining the procedure to remove my sons tonsils. He answered all of our questions before and after the surgery. He is a very caring and experienced. I would highly recommend him to others.
Audiologist was great but Dr. Ahmad overcharged Me for a procedure He never did. The office did remove it from My bill.
