I went for some routine tests, which are usually free most places or included in your insurance. At first the two ladies at reception were just the rudest, no welcome, no smiles, just what seemed like they were watching YouTube videos, they also just presumed I knew what I needed to do, even though I was new there. Great first impression. My first time to this San Diego locations. Waited 2 hours, and then they decided to close services because of “safety measures”. Never got to see a provider, or a staff member asking me for a urine sample when I was put in the room. It’s similar to going to urgent care and waiting for help without any updates. Compare to the Los Angeles locations, I’m in and out 30 minutes without appointment. LA locations have lesser staff and more patients too, and they always get me service quickly and I’m out by 30 minutes. I will never ... read more
