i love this clinic. when i think of it, i think of frolicking in a sunny, flower-filled field. mhm. the wait time isn’t bad AT ALL, at least in my experience. every, single person working there is a joy; beautiful energy all around.
TJ is an amazing MA at the clinic. He’s extremely welcoming and very helpful. The whole process was seamless and I think it had a lot to do with his patience and nurturing nature. He Definitely deserve a raise or at the least lunch!
Totally don't understand how a whole department takes a break at the same time. I would think they would rotate; that way we are not waiting for services but if that's how they do it I guess.. On another note, they should truly work on the professionalism and discretion of there patients. To order a prescription and the young lady says what are you here for and I tell her then she repeats it talking loudly is crazy work to me. Just a lot going on here. This place is SEVERELY FREEZING! I sat in the lobby for over an hour freezing and by the time I made it to the back, my body was so cold it took forever to get my blood pumping.
The whole experience is professional, quick in and out with people that care. The facility is clean, free parking and easy access. I really appreciate you guys; keep up the good work and keep the staff y’all have. 10 outta 10
