I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent changes in your gym. One of the main reasons I signed up and continue paying my monthly membership was the dedicated women-only workout area. Recently, you completely removed this space and replaced it with heavy men's equipment. As a result, I have nowhere to work out comfortably, yet you continue to charge my account every single month for a service I can no longer use as intended.
