Lady at front desk rude Poor customer service
My PCP is great and so involved with my issues that are complicated. My problem is the secruity guard that passes out parking tickets. It general he’s a nice man yet like many workers I’ve met, he doesn’t know his role and is constantly conversing with patients. He has been transferred from Hollywood AHF, and once got in my way by asking questions. Honestly the only reason I continue to come here is because dr Jimenez is the best! She never fails to make me feel seen and heard and you can tell she genuinely cares. The guy in the front who hands out parking stickers should on the other hand have appropriate conversations and not talk about other clients hygiene with other clients it made me feel very uncomfortable and the awkward eye contact made me know that it was about me. Sometimes it’s not about hygiene and can be health related so judgement shouldn’t be passed
The reality is true. Customer service here has gone down to worse. Very unfriendly and unprofessional people working the front desk check-in. I've called numerous times to make appointments and tell me that someone would be calling me, and it never happens, No call! I am very disappointed, to say the least, and management needs to do something about this. Maybe they don't even care.
