We had a scissor lift dropped off Monday for guys to work that evening and night. The lift was totally dead. The store had no roof hatch , the only way to access what we needed was with a lift, so we lost out on an entire night of work. When I called the store, they just kept telling me the date the rental was over 😒, he finally listened after I got rude with him. A month of planning all down the drain due to united rentals. We were scheduled to paint a mural for our client on a day their business and neighboring businesses weren't open so we had full access to the parking lot to manuver the lift we rented thru united. We asked for 830am delivery but we're told 9 would be the earliest. Our first call to them was at 930 to ask where the lift was....
