It a quiet and clean environment.
The residents at these apartments are lonely mean spirited elderly people who literally have nothing to do daily but keep up with other residents and workers who come in and out the building. Especially people of color (Black people) I did not feel welcomed as a person of color. Linda ("the boss") the manger has created an environment more like prison or detention center.
