Perfect customer service.
Inaccurate inventory for online orders and piss poor communication including the changing in advised date for pickup 4 times, originally expected for 9/10 based on In stock indication during ordering process, to the 15th, to the 17th only to learn on the 17th, the item was available for pickup on the 16th. Unwilling to waive a $35 delivery fee for my time/inconvenience they have lost any future business on principle as th they accept no fault.
