Oscar and his crew did a French drain system, mold remediation, vapor barrier, and hung a dehumidifier in our crawl space here in Durham… He had to fix what another company didn’t do properly! Well… I have been inspecting our crawl space since and it is perfect. No more water penetration or high levels of humidity in or crawl space. VERY AFFORDABLE… VERY PROFESSIONAL… VERY TIMELY… VERY COMMUNICATIVE…. Great company and I look forward to doing more work with them in the future!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

AH is an AMAZING company! Our house was built in 1940; the sump pump went out and the crawl space was not accessible. We had to gut the kitchen to get to it. When the subfloors came out, it exposed that Larry, Joe, and Curly had installed the joists, they tumbled like dominoes. Oscar and his crew removed everything, dug a dump truck load of dirt out of the crawl space, dropped the access door on the perimeter of the house so that it is now accessible. I hired AH Solutions to replace the support beams for an enclosed porch on a second story detached garage apartment. And, to put in a new door and threshold to prevent water damage to the porch. The crew showed up prepared, were easy to talk to, very open and informative about what they were doing, were timely in their work, and did an excellent job. I had a faulty alarm go off in my crawlspace one day. I called Oscar to come and check it out the next day, even though I couldn’t be home at the time. Later, Oscar called me to inform me that the pump in the crawlspace was still working correctly. The flooding alarm was a false alert, so I didn’t need to install a new pump, which saved me a lot of money. I really appreciate the honesty of this company. We could not recommend Oscar and his team more!! He is highly professional and responsive. His team's work is quick and high quality. We initially had them repair and face our outer retaining wall with stone. We loved their work so much we hired them for a second larger project - completely redoing our backyard/front yard. They added a stone patio, dug out and built a new retaining wall, created a pea gravel side yard, front pathways, AND laid sod.
