I am writing this review based on my experience with PCAM, the services company tied to Agynbyte for a water emergency. Ultimately, they sent me an inflated bill, 5 months after the incident, for effectively providing no effective benefit. It stood in stark contrast to the services company that actually resolved my water damage issue. All in all their technician was present at the premises for 40 minutes yet they charged me for 9 hours of services. They claim that they sent 2 service techs and billed me for both when there was only one present. Finally, they set up a dehumidifier in my unit when the services company that actually solved my issue indicated that that was completely unnecessary. The moisture readings before and after the equipment being placed was unchanged. As for mitigation they wanted to tear apart my whole kitchen without putting it together while the services company that solved the issue resolved the issue with modern and appropriate equipment without any of that. In short, PCAM won't give a damn about you as the customer because most of their business is tied to their property management company. If you have an option do use a services company that has an incentive to do a good job and earn your repeat business. In comparison to the services company I used I found PCAM to be both unethical as well as in-competent.
