Jim the new manager is easy to get a hold of and very responsive. A good deal for outside storage units and a pleasure to work with.
Crooks. Has no business ethics or personal morals. They make promises that they will work with you, but there is a good chance they will steal your stuff. They also have people living in their units and pest management is NOT a priority at all! Just be careful they don't see what you are putting in there, it could dissapear during a time the cameras don't work
Very awful experience! Ken Pelfrey is a horrible manager. He does not know how to explain a lease agreement but then tells you that you are violating it. He is rude and a bigot. He treats customers with disrespect and he does not deserve to be the manager running this storage unit. Do not recommend this storage facility at all!!
Great price friendly understanding owners. Couldn't ask for anything better
