This company made contractual promises that were unkept. Additionally, during phone conversations concerning the unkept promises, representatives have offered apology after apology... gone as far as tell me that the restitution, was owed by another company... then later accepted responsibility, and indicated the timing of the restitution, but did not honor those promises either. Currently, I have been unable to speak to anyone, and have not received a return call, to further discuss resolution.

Didn't furnish me with all the details on the solar system, such as needing a battery for a backup, they were suppose to take out a tree and didn't, it took over 2 months to get everything hooked up and working

I’m wanting to share how terrible our experience has been from the beginning with AG Solar - because I hope I can save someone time, energy, and maybe even money. Sadly, I was referred to AG Solar from one of my close friends, and I feel so frustrated that as a consumer I didn’t think to do my research on the company. They were incredibly pushy for us getting paperwork completed. Is there negative stars????? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The panels went onto the roof in June of 2022. Our service did not get hooked up until May of 2023. It started off pretty good. Then we realized that we needed to upgrade our electrical box. They had to dig from an underground transformer a house down. It took us telling them to get it done or take the panels off of our roof to get things going. The communication is just awful. I emailed or texted once a week for months with no replies. We signed a contract with AG Solar in 2021. We were promised that the solar panels would reduce our electric bill to near nothing. Basically, we would only be paying for the solar panels. After 25 years they would be paid for and there would be no electric bill. We would build up credit on sunny days to make up for the cloudy ones. That has not been the case. Do not use AG Solar for installation! My solar panels were installed 26 months ago, and the paperwork needed by Entergy was never submitted; therefore, we never received solar credits. The installers show up at your home unannounced and do not follow any of the POA guidelines. Your phone calls will not be answered or returned. The only reason for a 1-star rating is to submit the review zero was not an option. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This company is horrendous. At first, I didn’t feel that way. They were quick in getting all the plans and permits done. Then the installation was done right after that. The problem is, it does not matter if the system is not turned on. I have been waiting for over 9 weeks for someone to come out and inspect the system. I reached out to them on Monday 7/10/2023 and they said they will be out on Wednesday 7/12/2023. Well, it is Wednesday, and I am at home waiting. Finally got a full install but waiting 2 months for final inspection and ag solar to come turn panels on. Still paying electric bill and panel loan and dealing with open trench for 2 months with agsolar ignoring my calls. Wish I could give zero stars
