AG Solar has been an absolute disaster. The salesman Ben ****misrepresented everything and promised a $1000 reimbursement for advertising the company. After the install he disappeared into the wind. It took months to actually be operating and now after a few months in operation we have panels that have quit producing. The only return I have received is a bill from Goodleap and no help with a so called "warrantied" product. Goodleap even knew this company was going belly up but still financed with them. We were contracted by Agsolar in 2022. We never got the 'lump sum' that was promised so our monthly bill went up. We also have not seen any difference in our electric bill. I contacted Entergy, they said the meter was correct. I contacted solaredge and they say our panels are working correctly. I cannot contact Agsolar, the installers, since they are out of business. We are under contract for thousands of dollars and are seeing no return on our electric bill and no one to contact. I wish we never would have gotten them. It's... read more

My solar panels were installed by this company, and the ENTIRE experience has been a nightmare. The workers left my yard a mess, and didn’t caulk around the conduit that went into our home. Once installed, it took months (and several calls by me) before they filed the paperwork to get permission to operate. Once permission to operate was received, we discovered the panels didn’t work. This company took over a year to setup and even at that we do not have the home anymore and we are still obligated to pay GoodLeap LLC even though we have never used these panels a day in our lives. Customer service is great until you tell them you dont like the service because you arent even getting it.

I received a light bill with Entergy for 242.00 and I have called AG Solar and left message no call back they have billed me 60,000 dollars and I was supposed to get a whole home generator and they said I was not. The person that came to our home told us it was solar system with a whole home generator. He said my bill never be over 100.00 but nothing has been correct.

My husband and I spent tens of thousands of dollars on a solar array that was installed on our roof last spring (2023). Shortly thereafter, it stopped working completely. We have called and called and begged and begged for someone to come and address the problem. We spoke with a young man several months ago that stated that he would have it checked out and that if it was a faulty part, he’d have the part shipped to us and after it arrived they’d come and fix the system. This company as absolutely terrible. I have been paying for solar panels for over a year and a full electric bill for over a year. They are no call no shows. Can't get a hold of them. When you do they tell you that they are going to be there and never show. I've missed 7 days of work due to a no show.
