DON'T USE! My pressure washer needed a new pull cord and general service (oil change, etc.). I was told that it would take 7-10 days because the shop was backed up. I called back 2 weeks later and was told to call back the following week, when it would probably be ready. I went to pick it up 4 weeks after the initial drop-off to pick it up, ready or not. It took them about 15 minutes to find it. The pull cord had been replaced, but all the nozzles were missing.
