If you are a parent who care about your kids don’t take them here! They take forever to give a simple test result in an emergency situation! The Quest lab that they’re working with is a complete fraud! No one responds to phones or gives you answers! I don’t even know what they do ?! Just giving shots to kids that’s the only thing they’re good at which anyone can do! But real health problems… No don’t do that to your child don’t take them there they have a broken system which sucks

Agoura West Valley Pediatrics (and Dr Bromberg specifically) have cared for our 3 kids over the past 20+ years. They do an amazing job making visits fun for children (yes, fun!) and reassuring for parents. We highly recommend and we are grateful for the care they have provided!

Never leave reviews but this was truly disappointing. I don’t know that I’ve ever been spoken to so rudely. I am sure the doctors are great but they need to find a different person to answer the phones

I’ve never had such a horrible/insensitive experience at a medical office. I contacted the office to inform I would be about 10 minutes late. I was told “Not a problem, take your time. Drive safe.” I arrive in the parking lot 10 minutes past time and the parking is a nightmare. I park further away and walk both children (one whom is younger and in a car seat). I arrive 15 minutes past the scheduled time (5 minutes after the approximated time) and am turned away! I tell them that we will be out of town for months and that we ... read more
