RecommendedI was so pleased with the experience with Dr. Hartung and his nurse (name escapes me! :( ) They both were so kind (as was everyone from the minute we walked in). They took us right back after we came in to have my five year old daughter seen for stitches on her chin. She was scared, but they helped put her at ease and Dr. Hartung even made her laugh! He was so professional and patient, and did a wonderful job explaining everything to us and stitching her up! Thank you for everything, Agnesian!
unprofessional. rude. sarcastic. came in with severe stomach pain and Dr Wendy kasper is all of the above I walked out. I've never been treated with such belittling behavior from a so called Dr in my life. I had several other symptoms. I did have a fever but it was gone when the nurse took my temp. stressful times yup but no Dr should treat patents that way. so I left. untreated
Took my granddaughter in for an ear infection they told me she didn't have one but, the next morning I took her to her regular doctor and they said that she had a very bad one.
Always easy to get in and out - great for when we can’t wait to see our regular doc but not serious enough for ER
Daughter took granddaughter in to be seen this past Friday to see if she has an ear infection Dr looked her over said no it was teething and let them leave. Kid was miserable all weekend slept and when awake screaming in pain had a temp all weekend yet today she’s taken in to her Dr and he says yep her ear is infected and it’s so bad she must be miserable and gave her antibiotics. Upsetting my poor granddaughter could have been on the mend and feeling better but now is just starting medication, and my daughter missed work to... read more
Poor service , never got diagnosed. Let me leave with a fever. Ended up going to Milwaukee for care because they wanted to run unnecessary test because they didn’t know what was wrong. I came in w/ sharp knee pain not able to walk , X-ray was taken & they found nothing wrong. Went to Milwaukee for care & found that my knee cap had moved out of place!
