Property manager “Marty” at this company is a terrible manager. He never answers concerns, never deals with anything properly and gives tenants attitude when problems are addressed. our hot water didn’t work for 2 days and he just ignored all of our calls. Our laundry room machines are filled to the brim with water and are unusable, instead of doing something…. He just ignores. He makes this business look like slumlord helpers. Would not recommend this place because of him.
I own a local lawncare company and deal with André from agl he is very fast at handling invoice payments and also provides us with work for some of his clients thanks André for the continued support
Wendys is great but the parking lot is horrible. Pot holes galore
Wonderful friendly staff. Safe and smooth experience. Probably the best deal on an apartment in Northbay. 10/10 recommend.
They replied, the process for application seems fluid. That said they are moving in line with everyone else where the company has a focus of not wasting there time instead of being customer focused and letting people see the apartment before submitting a ton of paperwork.
