As an independent contractor working through Aging Outreach Services, I have had a wonderful experience. Both, the office staff and care managers are extremely helpful! A group of awesome people who not only ensure that the clients are happy but the caregivers as well. Thank you for going above and beyond! You guys are great!!
Aging Outreach Services hires "independent contractors" which means that they are not responsible for any misconduct by the caregivers they employ. If they had their own employees, perhaps they would be more discriminate with who they employ and send to their clients' homes. We had a horrible experience with an "independent contractor" hired through AOS who was very dishonest, stole and was fraudulant. AOS kept this employee for almost a year after we complained.
