Very Unprofessional and Rude.
Dr Lau is very friendly, good practitioner, and very thorough. I've been a patient here for over a decade, and has improved significantly. The previous pulmonologist at this location was also excellent. Unfortunately, the receptionist can be unpleasant, and wait time may be long.
The receptionist is extremely rude, with a poor attitude towards patients and is very impatient, she should be fired immediately.
