Aaron the sales rep gave great advise on my new Mazda. Very knowledgeable and honest person. Very transparent with his advice. And the best deal I got from him, 100% recommend look for Aaron when you visit or want a Mazda!!!
I came in today and Terry and Jin helped us a lot to get a great deal for my dad. Great team at the Mazda dealership.
Did not like the service at all. Gave a good tour however when it came to payment quotation, did not give me exact quotation. When it comes to comparing the models I asked him to provide me with quotation for 3 cars he did not give me that. This does not help when someone goes for the first time, if I want to buy a car or not is up to me. Very bad experience. Customer should be well informed if u r sitting at the desk to work.
“Aaron Liu Product Specialist at Mazda” Extremely disappointed with the service at this dealership. I gave a deposit and signed an initial agreement, but due to my dissatisfaction, I wanted to cancel. The staff refused to return my deposit and showed no willingness to resolve the issue fairly. Communication was poor, and the process felt completely one-sided. Very frustrating experience—would not recommend.
