"I wish I had read the reviews before putting down a $2,000 deposit. Within hours of leaving, I realized the pricing didn't add up at all, but getting them to address the errors is a nightmare. They rely on you rushing through the process so you don't notice the negative equity or the inflated freight charges. Read every single line twice before giving them any money."
Be extremely careful with the 'included' fees at this location. I was promised a set price, but when the contract came out, they had added thousands in extra charges for PDI and freight that were supposed to be part of the initial deal. When I called them out on it, the management's friendly attitude disappeared instantly. It feels like a deliberate tactic to wear you down until you just sign."
They tried to convince me that adding extra charges for things like ECC and anti-theft would somehow be a 'benefit' for my tax situation, even though it raised the price by thousands. It’s a total scam to justify overcharging. They even claimed they couldn't adjust the numbers on the printed contract—don't believe a word of it."
