Mazda make great vehicles, and am happy with my Mazda 3 GT. BUT, I need to address my experience with this specific dealership. And I do not usually like to write negative reviews. My experience with Agincourt Mazda has been disappointing. I purchased a used vehicle where the battery clearly indicated a low charge during the initial walk-around. The battery issue was never resolved and now, unsurprisingly, it needs to be replaced. Despite numerous attempts to contact the for assistance, I have received no response. Jackie sold us a car that checked off all our needs. However, there were a few nicks that we didn’t see when we bought it - it was very snowy night. Yasmin stepped up and got those taken care of, well beyond our expectations. FYI, we have always gotten any used car we purchased checked with our trusted mechanic. Really bad experience and will not be coming back. I got the gold detailing package and my car came back with scratches on the overhead storage, paint chips on the trunk, dirt in the driver side speaker, and seats still dirty. When asked if the issues would be addressed they advised they are unable to clean these things (It was the end of the day so pretty sure they just wanted to go home).
