Save your time and money and go somewhere else!It is allright to be late for Covid Test results, but the customer service is just awful. I had to call them 15 times for results. One time they put me on 15 min hold. I had to disconnect and call them to hear a response "you should have hung up before".The give you lab number to call to get the results from them directly! so whats the use of them? Very amateur “rent-a-doctor” operation going on here and the Dr is very arrogant pompous rude & impolite. He and his staff talk down to you. I arrived for my appointment early only to sit in my car for over an hour to then finally talk to the kid behind the office desk who says to me he’s in a bad mood because he’s having a bad day. I would I like to give a big shout out and thank you to Alison M. Evans, A.P.N., Savannah, and the rest of the staff as they were incredible , friendly, and really took the time and care to diagnose and put a plan together for quick and effective treatment. I highly recommend Agile Urgent Care and very thankful they are so close by!
They were amazing I’m scared of needles Savannah was fast and we talked the whole way through. I recommend them 1000%. And I’m from out of town quick and easy.
The whole staff were very courteous and genuine.. Dr Ramon Rego was amazing!! Great location and convenient hours.
I recommend this place. I went in at 6 pm last night. Very quick to register without the hassle of paperwork. Very professional and the girl in the front was very sympathetic to me looking horrible😄 I have a horrible cough for a week and decided to finally go in to get check. It was fast to get in.Everyone was professional. Doctor prescribe 3 meds and today I woke up alot better.
