Vouching to the despicable service Agile provides. If they weren't the only option through my employer, I'd go elsewhere, yet I have no other choice. Advising anyone with a choice to go elsewhere. The team is not responsive or helpful (what you'd hope those providing care would be), resulting in a lot of time lost. When you work M-F, 8-5, and there isn't much wiggle room, it is very frustrating, hence this review.

Ok the wait time may be a minute but tell Me what Dr office isn’t. I had great service with staff and Dr. I can’t just judge on the wait time. It has to be all service and they really made me feel comfortable
The absolute worst urgent care in Salinas. If you make an appointment, you’ll be sitting there 30-45 minutes. There were 3 patients in the waiting room. Receptionist answers the phone and says they are extremely busy. If it’s non work related, go to a Doctors on Duty or, find somebody else.
