Worse place I ever called they turn off their phones they disregarded my doctors referral and worse and I have an abscess and need a tooth taken put
On my last visit, I have to say & report this, my dentist & staff are terrific. Very nice people but the finance guy that collects your money, I was upset! He charged me over a $1,000 & told me I had to pay up or I would not be able to continue seeing the dentist. I paid it but it kept bugging me, so after my appt, I went to him & wanted to know in detail, the cost of everything & asked him if the claim of the charge was sent to Aetna. Well, it was discovered that the money I paid him was what was for Aetna! He reinbursed me... read more

My husband and I have been patients for years and have nothing but positive things to say about the AGH dentistry department. The staff is kind and professional. They’re attentive and efficient and reasonably priced. We’re very happy with our care and the staff.
These bad reviews are shocking to me. Before going to the AGH Division of Dental Medicine, I straight up hated going to the dentist. It always felt like my gums were being destroyed for no reason and I was treated like a car in a shady mechanic - being told about fake problems and therefore getting overcharged for basically no reason. None of that happens at AGH. I am always treated like a real person here.
