I sat in the waiting room for 12 hours and never was put in a room. They would run tests and send me back to the waiting area. When you don't feel good, no one wants to sit in a chair, unable to relax. I got yelled at and threatened by a patient and the security guards were so unprofessional. All they did was complain about working double shifts and wanting to go home. One security guard kept calling the patients psycho and talking loudly about them to every new person that came in. Stay away from the ER and urgent care!! Unless you are in a trauma situation stay away! It was a great hospital year back not now! Stay away at all costs!
Horrible Wait times at the ED, Friendly Staff For all your emergency medical needs. Please consider dying elsewhere they are all stocked up. …. Understaffed, No Rooms, Friendly Staff Need to expand care capacity and hire more Emergency Personnel. Arrived via ambulance as an assault victim and didn’t get any help filing a PFA or any sort of guidance whatsoever as being a victim. The nurses were all nice, but they are, unorganized, dirty, incomplete with completing care orders prescribed by doctors or any follow up that may be needed. I will never suggest this place to anyone. I got better quality care at the Allegheny County Jail.
