Doctors are fantastic. Nurse are good but there are not enough of them. My family member waited hours to get off a stretcher with no access to call button (a joke anyway) or nurses. They difn't use his port - instead took blood from his arm causing huge hematoma, swelling and possible blood clot. Still waiting over 10 hours later for them to do SOMETHING. Nurses can't do ANYTHING without a doctors orders. No doctors are in the hospital at night - not even ON CALL doctors. All kinds of rules so they don't get sued, but to the... read more
Visited for the first time today and was impressed. All of the staff I had contact with were pleasant and professional. All areas that I visited were clean and orderly. Parking was easy by using the attached parking garage and payment was able to be made at an indoor kiosk. I came in from Erie and sometimes have trouble navigating Pittsburgh. This location is right off of 279 and was easy to get to and out of. Also by pre-registering on my phone made check in very quick.
