I was seen in the er I dont knoe what kinda show they are running but I lost conscious a few diffent times I saw somone that fall down a flight of strais backwards and hit there head nearly be dismmed if it wasnt for there advocate there no order or commuctuion in the ed the only good thing was I got a ride home otherwise dont come here unless u dont hsve a choice
Took someone to the hospital for a highly possible eye infection, puss, crust formation, and then couldn’t open their eye all happened during the 3 hours we waited in the lobby. I told the check in woman about it and she said “I did the check in and there’s nothing else I can do you have to talk to a nurse”. I am beyond irritated. I need Ohio valley to open up again, their speed and service was better by MILES.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst hospital I have ever been. The emergency room lobby was dirty,bathroom was disgusting. The wait is ridiculous and they leave their patient in the room for hrs without attending to them,they give you 0 information nor care about checking up on you so if you die you die.... They are horrible horrible omg I cant say enough on how bad and unprofessional they are.
I’ve been in 5 outpatient surgery facilities since Aug. our family has been through back sugery, knee replacements, lisfranc surgery and more. AGH is by far the worst facility we have been at. They don’t seem to care about the family waiting for their love ones. The bathrooms and cafeteria are dirty. The er is filthy. We had 10 min with our son before his surgery.
