just now Run far away. AgFCU is the worst credit union in my opinion. Customer service is non-existence and they take money out your account without permission. I used funds from a loan that I had 30 days to repay. After 10 days, they went into my account without my permission and took the entire amount of the loan without calling, texting, or emailing me. RecommendedI have been with Agfed for a while and they have taking really good care of me. Helping with goals that best suit my banking needs.
I have had a security block on my card since May, it is Sept. I called in May they said it was removed, tried to use my card-blocked. No-one at card services can help and no-one at member services can help. Really? So is my card now locked up tighter than Ft. Knox? Get employees that help. Honestly, everyone sounded like they could not care less, and 5:00 could not get here fast enough. They passed me off 4 times and it still is not fixed. Do not ever sign up with them.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT UNION ON EARTH THAT CAN EVEN COME CLOSE TO THIS AGRICULTURE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH. GO SEE THEM NOW WHILE IT IS HOT OUTSIDE AND DEALS GALORE.
On April 9, I tried to pay the balance due on my American Express account through their online system. I mistakenly requested it to debit from my account with AFCU, which has been mostly inactive and did not have enough funds to cover the payment. The payment did not go through the first time, and Amex billing is set up to attempt debit three times. Long story short, I was charged a $33 NSF fee three times, but AFCU just called and reversed all of those charges. Shout out to Alex!
Thanks for refinancing my auto at such a great rate. Also I appreciate the new Visa with a 10.50% rate. Everyone is hooked on these intro aprs but if you keep a card more than 12 to 18m max you wind up with a 14 to 23% rate. This is 10.50% crazy crazy low. Thanks Agfed!
