Rob Lehman and his teammate from Agentis Plumbing are very knowledgeable and professional with the work they did. He is very pleasant to talk to and work with. I can't say enough about the rapid and professional service we received. A technician (Rob) was here within 3 hours and quickly diagnosed where the pipe was clogged and fixed it (cost was <$250 - I am waiting for the receipt to be emailed). He was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned the area where he worked. He also noticed a problem with a recently installed water heater that will be addressed by that company.
Matt came out and told us whoever owned the home prior to us did some jacked up self-plumbing. He was so kind and honest and up front about the work and our expected end result. The odor was coming from a big pipe sticking out of the ground with no plug or cap and covered by a wood palette. He removed the palette and plugged and capped the stinky pipe and capped another pipe and wahala no more odor. I'm very grateful for all your help at agentis.
