After fifteen minutes of trying to find someone to take my money in the men's department at the Oak Court store this morning, I gave up and went home empty handed. I won't be back again.
I just left Macy's at Oak Court and they need to hire some people in customer service with better attitudes and Better Sales experience. They have Bad customer service in the men fragrance department. The lady named Debra made me just returned what I had bought amd she was so unprofessional. I see why they keep closing stores across the country. My my. Not going back to Macy's for anything Trust me!!!!
