I love the store , but I had a really bad experience with online shopping, I couldn't believe that Macy's made such an aweful mistake, I made an online order for 2 bras that were supposed to be black. Turned out they were a different color, I received a text alert saying they were going to be shipped free because the bras were not in the store. When I spoke with customer service, he assured me that the money that was pending for the order was all that would be charged, there would be no shipping and handling fee. I got a tex... read more
Normally like this store but went to buy a specific item today and walked out empty handed because things were in a jumble and we couldn't find it on our own and there was no sales help to be found in that department.

I just left Macy's at Oak Court and they need to hire some people in customer service with better attitudes and Better Sales experience. They have Bad customer service in the men fragrance department. The lady named Debra made me just returned what I had bought amd she was so unprofessional. I see why they keep closing stores across the country. My my. Not going back to Macy's for anything Trust me!!!!
