My shopping experience is always electrifying when I visit MACY'S!!!!!!! I LOVE MACY'S
I love the store , but I had a really bad experience with online shopping, I couldn't believe that Macy's made such an aweful mistake, I made an online order for 2 bras that were supposed to be black. Turned out they were a different color, I received a text alert saying they were going to be shipped free because the bras were not in the store. customer service is HORRIBLE...i was at Oakcourt Macy fine jewelry looking for an enhancer for my ring. i was browsing in fine jewelry for at least 5 to 7 min the sales associate never said one word to me . PITIFUL..I'll SHOP online from now on...
Normally like this store but went to buy a specific item today and walked out empty handed because things were in a jumble and we couldn't find it on our own and there was no sales help to be found in that department.
Adriana was outstanding with her helpfulness in the Brahmin bag area. She was not only helpful but extremely patient with all of her customers! Great gal to have your employment!!
