If I could put negative stars I would. We have had to endure everything from finding mouse droppings all over my grandmother's room. In her chair, her side table, and bathroom. To her personal belongings being stolen. Started with small things the staff blamed on other residents, glasses, personal art. To now a whole shelving unit we brought from her home.
