Just moved to the areaFrom out of state and had a pain in my side. Went to see a dr and ended up with a PA. Which I didn’t mind since I was in so much pain. She ended up sending me for an ultrasound and to make a long story short now I’m paying more than $1000 with BCBS insurance for a stomach ulcer that was diagnosed by a different clinic. BTW this PA NEVER called me to go over the results of these expensive ultrasounds because there was nothing wrong. Don’t bother going here. Horrible customer service. I live 40 minutes from their office and got there 5 minutes late to my appointment. Even though it was established by phone that my insurance wasn’t covering my visit, the receptionist insisted on taking all that info yet again wasting time. Then I pre-paid for my visit as they require. I went to the waiting room and about 2 minutes later a nurse came out and told me I couldn’t be seen because I was late. The kicker?
