I used to live in the black diamond apartment on red river when they manage it. I don't know if they still do it though. They were very nice about me subleasing to other people as well as all the hassles as an international student. They were very cooperative and very punctual whenever I ask for the maintenance request. I didn't have any problems with them. I would have continued to live there if I and my friend didn't live together the following year after that.

The day I should’ve moved-out is the day I moved-in. Throughout the five-months of my lease, I had multiple lease-breaking offenses including windows that didn’t actually lock and no hot water for two-weeks during the winter. Would give zero stars if possible. I've my AC leaking water into the living room for about a week now. Base boards and the bottom of the wall are ruined. Still have yet to hear from anyone and when I call it goes to a full voicemail box. These people don't do any work. Edit: They might be just collecting checks. It's been 5 weeks and Clay hasn't not responded to my several emails. If Agave Properties isn't in some legal hot water, I'm sure they will be very soon.

Great managers. They respond fast, they are nice, and they will work with you. We've lived her over a year and re-signed on for another because the house is great.
