Sat at the bar and was able to talk the bartender into recommending a couple different tequilas (she was reluctant based on being burned by people who wanted to not pay because she recommended it) and I loved it.
First time visiting this restaurant but heard about their $4 Margarita's on a Mondays. I came in with some girlfriends and wasn't really expecting much, but the drinks were AMAZING! We had so much fun with the bartender, and ended up staying for dinner. (Which was another great choice!) Will DEFINITELY be making this our top choice for girl's night!
Went there yesterday with my parents , fiancé , and a few friends . Service is awful :( took forever for our waiter to come over / take orders etc . First time there and not going back ! Not one person in our party was happy.

OUTSTANDING little Mexican Restaurant in Hartford CT! From the Bartenders to the Servers, Food and Margaritas....you just CANNOT go wrong!! Park in the back, walk up the sidewalk, enter that Agave door and be ready for the must delicious Margaritas, selections of Tequila, table side Guacamole, kick-butt salads and crazy tacos, sit back and relax with a wonderful Reposado Tequila. The chicken mole, corn bread pudding and charro beans were fantastic. Presentation was lovely and the chicken was fork cutting tender. The service was warm, friendly and just the right amount of checking in. The bartender, Drew was fabulous. Got everyone’s name at the bar, talked to everyone like an old friend, and gave detailex food and drink recommendations. Would definitely go back if in Hartford again.
