Burned a 21-month old?!?!?! ARE YOU SERIOUS? – Geez oh pete we are SICK of hearing about people who are too stupid to handle hot foods/liquids and blame it somehow on the restaurant. How ridiculous. I have never even been to this restaurant (yet) but such stupid complaints just grind my gears. Grow up folks.
This place burnt my friends daughters foot!!! Beware!! – This place burnt my friends daughters foot with scalding hot cheese and gave her 2nd degree burns. She called them and they shrugged it off like it didn't matter. This is ridculous and I would make the lawyer the next stop after this. I suggest no one to ever set foot in this restaurant!!
Hot Cheese spilled and Burned my Child and Staff Didn't Care – We went there for lunch on Sunday and ordered the children's quesadilla for our 18-month old. As soon as she picked it up, scalding hot molten cheese ran out of the side and landed on the top of her foot and knee. The cheese left a 2nd degree burn on the top of her foot. It is grossly irresponsible of the restaurant to serve children's meals (or any meals for that matter) so hot. The server saw it happen. Fajitas - A little too well done? – My wife and I were visiting Knoxville for business, and decided to try this place out. The chips and salsa were served quickly, and were tasty. Our server was quick to arrive and take our drink orders. Once our drinks arrived, she took our dinner order with a smile. My wife and I both ordered Fajitas (she got Chicken, I got Texan). Best margaritas in town – i just want to say that i went to this place a few times, I'm from florida and every time that I come to knoxville I'm going to Agave Azul they have a Great!!! margaritas and the staff its just Excellent, I went for dinner and the food so good,...by the way they have different kind of Guacamole sooooooooooo Goooooooood
Used to love this place but I will never eat there again now....... – Three co-workers and my self went there for lunch. I am vegan and I find that their vegetarian meal are very easy to make vegan. So I ordered the Vegetarian Fajitas and asked for no sour cream or cheese on the side plate. Easy enough so far. I also asked for double beans as their rice is made w/chicken stock (strange for a "vegetarian" meal). AWESOME MEXICAN RESTAURANTE!!! – Ive only had the chance to experience this restaurant once, didnt find out about it until I had already moved to Florida unfortunately, but it was one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever been to. I went with a group of about 12 the first time i went and we all greatly enjoyed the great food, service, music, and I agree with Winterec, AWESOME MARGARITAS! User review by kpatel10 – I have been to this restaurant several times. One of the times the manager was rude to a friend when checking out and then on another occasion she was personally rude to me. She critized us on many different levels and then said the tip was not good enough even though it was WELL over 15%. The food is good but the service is TERRIBLE.
Wonderful restaraunt – I've been hitting the various Knoxville restaurants for 5 years or so now and I have to say that this is my favorite Mexican fare. They have the best margaritas I've ever had and the price is extremely reasonable. The food has been excellent and the service above average for Mexican dining. Give this place a try.
