My mother had the WORST nurse. The FIRST day this nurse spoke to my mother she told her that no matter what she was doing to fight her cancer she was going to die and to just stop all her treatments! My mother's CNA said that my mother just looked at her, cried and said "Well I guess this is it". After that talk my mother STOPPED EATING AND DRINKING and died in a matter of days! I blame this nurse for ushering my mother's death! AGAPE IS WORTHLESS and will make your loved one feel hopeless and give up!

I was disturbed to see that one of your employees, Susan Eichman Sandifer made a public comment online about a missing African American man’s remains that was extremely inappropriate and racially insensitive. In hospice care, families trust staff to treat loved ones with dignity and respect during their most vulnerable time. My dad has been getting services for only about a week now and wow!! I wish we would have done this sooner when thebdr first brought it up! My dad suffers from dementia and up until his recent hospital and SNF stay I had been doing it all on my own. They came in and ordered him a hospital bed and supplies and just the emotional support they offer is a huge weight lifted off of me..... I live in New York State and my father resided in Charleston SC up until he passed away last weekend. When he declined I made the tough decision to place my father onto hospice services not knowing anything about Agape and I am glad I did.
