Agape is widely known as one of the worst in home caregiving companies in all of Humboldt. They are disorganized, inconsiderate, and neglectful. The caregivers recieve little to no training before starting. Judging from their lack of action or concern, the management doesn't care so long as they get your money. Oh, speaking of which there's been more than one billing discrepancy. Once even charging a client for more than 24 hours of care in a single day, something that should obviously be impossible. It's been 2 weeks and we have yet to see the promised caretakers. We've missed drs appts and a once a year event that was very important without so much as a phone call to warn us to make a plan B. I could've done better on my own. Do not count on them for anything. And this place was VA endorsed.
