The staff couldn't have been more compassionate and professional. Agape was a life saver for our family. They took very good care of our Mother.

My mom has been in Hospice for over a year. The aide that we used to have was fantastic until she left. Since then we've had a revolving door of aides. The aides don't show up until after 10am if they show up at all, and mom is left in bed with a wet diaper. I've complained several times to management and they say they are going to remedy the situation (and they do for a week) and then the whole process starts again. It is ridiculous and bordering on criminal. I will file my last complaint before I call my lawyer

I would not recommend this hospice group for anyone. My dad has been in hospice care for over 1 year and had been doing pretty well for his condition. He has CHF and COPD. He has had an amazing Nurses Assistant over that period of time. He had a pretty good nurse but believe it or not he left the organization. He was recently assigned a new nurse that has been a total nightmare. His medication regimen had been working well for him. My grandmother is currently on hospice with Agape as she has pancreatic cancer. Nurse John and aide Angie are fantastic! They are so caring and understanding and not just about my grandmother but me and my grandfather as well. They are very communicative and everything we need during this awful time. They definitely make a hard time easier.
