I now know why they chose the name Agape. The care my husband receives is just amazing. He has vascular dementia which unfortunately is progressing. I was unable to shower and shave and dress him as he is much bigger than I plus Im recovering from Stage 3 cancer and have back and hip issues. The staff couldn't have been more compassionate and professional. Agape was a life saver for our family. They took very good care of our Mother.

My mom has been in Hospice for over a year. The aide that we used to have was fantastic until she left. Since then we've had a revolving door of aides. The aides don't show up until after 10am if they show up at all, and mom is left in bed with a wet diaper. I've complained several times to management and they say they are going to remedy the situation (and they do for a week) and then the whole process starts again. It is ridiculous and bordering on criminal. I will file my last complaint before I call my lawyer

I would not recommend this hospice group for anyone. My dad has been in hospice care for over 1 year and had been doing pretty well for his condition. He has CHF and COPD. He has had an amazing Nurses Assistant over that period of time. He had a pretty good nurse but believe it or not he left the organization. He was recently assigned a new nurse that has been a total nightmare. His medication regimen had been working well for him.
